Marketing Department
The marketing
department it promotes hospital services among
all the hospital clients including companies who
contract for hospital services for their employees as
well as private clients.
Over 200 companies and institutions have already
signed contracts with the hospital so that they can
provide medical care for their employees in the
different specialties and services that the hospital
offers.
The current
occupation rate for the hospital beds has approached
100% including the 6 bedrooms units and the suites due
to the efforts of all the personnel involved with
patient care including the marketing department
personnel..
Many companies
such as Bank of Alexandria, Bank Misr, El Sharkeya
Insurance company, The Petroleum cooperation have
greatly increased the volume of their referrals to the
hospital in the last year due to the efforts of
marketing department in removing any obstacles that
were facing such referrals.
Many
of the new services in the hospital have also been
introduced such as the one day operation services, the
total parentral nutrition, the electroencephalogram
service. Such services have all been well received
from the hospital clients and have been in high demand
since their inauguration.
The
marketing department personnel keep track of all
hospital major clients through regular visits and
follow through on their requests and complaints to
make sure that the customers of the hospital are
satisfied with the services provided.
The hospital
now has many clients in the new industrial zones such
as the 6th of October city including Mercedes Benz
and the Nilesat company and its client base in such
areas is greatly expanding.
The marketing
department personnel have all been recently trained to
improve their competence and increase their
performance in achieving customer satisfaction which
has been reflected on the client base of the hospital
that is constantly increasing.
